Shipment Processing Time
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days. Orders are shipped Monday to Friday. Due to COVID restrictions in some areas, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

We have a flat rate shipping fee of ₱130.

*We also offer same day delivery via Grab/Lalamove. Cut-off time for same day delivery is 2PM. Customer will shoulder the shipping cost and pay the amount to the delivery rider.
We ship orders via MCFA, RovExpress, Grab, Lalamove, J&T and LBC. We may also use other couriers in some situations. You should receive an email/sms order notification with a tracking number to track your shipment.
Shipping addresses cannot be modified after you have submitted your order. If you need to update the shipping address and the item hasn't been shipped yet, you'll need to request a cancellation and order again. Once the order has been shipped, it can no longer be changed.
Return and Refund Policy
Strictly NO CANCELLATION of orders when it has already been shipped out.
Due to hygiene and quality reasons, we do not accept returns on Abaca Face Mask orders. Rest assured that we check them items carefully before shipping it out.
For other items found in our shop, you have 7 calendar days to return an item from the date you've received it. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it and your item must be in the original packaging.
If in any case there is an error on our end (damaged/defective/wrong item), please email us immediately at firstname.lastname@example.org and we will resolve it on a case-to-case basis.
Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item. We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's/bank policies.
We will process refunds on cancellations provided that your order has not been shipped out yet.
